We want to bring the authentic taste of Japan to people all over the world. With that desire, we have continued making our noodles.
The unforgettable first bite that only fresh noodles can offer—while maintaining the same quality as Japanese ramen shops, we have ensured shelf life and safety so they can be enjoyed across the seas. This was no easy task.
Through strict hygiene control, precise temperature management, and a special manufacturing process designed exclusively for fresh noodles, we have honed our techniques with unwavering passion. The “true texture” that cannot be replicated by dried or frozen noodles is now delivered worldwide.
Today, our noodles are enjoyed in many countries across Asia, North America, Europe, and beyond. At the same time, we work closely with local food cultures to create products unique to each region.
