
Umakara Tonkotsu Ramen
- Authentic Japanese Tonkotsu Ramen with a Mild Spiciness
How to prepare for best results
boiling time: 2–3 min.
Add approx. 250cc~300cc of boiling water to the soup mix to make ramen soup. (The oil in the soup mix may harden, so be sure to squeeze it out completely.)
Add the noodles to plenty of boiling water, gently untangling them with chopsticks. Boil for 2–3 minutes. (Adjust for your preferred noodle firmness.)
Put the boiled noodles into the soup prepared in (1), add your preferred toppings, and enjoy.
Caution: Be careful not to overboil. Note that noodles may break into short pieces if kneaded or untangled before boiling.
