Reducing Food Loss with Long-Lasting Noodles
Shimizuya’s fresh noodles use proprietary technology to allow long-term storage, significantly reducing food loss. They comply with Japan’s “one-third rule” and help prevent expiration both domestically and overseas. Proper inventory management also enables planned production, contributing to better working conditions for our employees.
